Quick, focused check-ins that fit around your day. We track progress against agreed metrics, refine what is working, and keep the focus on the changes giving you the biggest return.

WRAP UP

Final consolidation session

Review your progress, what the data shows, and what needs to continue. You leave with a clear picture of what has changed and how to keep building on it.

CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST & PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Clinical hypnotherapist, coach, nutritionist and adult educator with 30 years in the fitness industry. Former UK elite competitor who has trained hundreds of championship competitors and instructors. Tanya works on the mental and behavioural architecture underneath performance: the beliefs, patterns and blocks that shape what people do, and how to rewire them around the goals that matter.
