Founder, Human Upgrade
Tanya developed the Human Upgrade framework to help high-functioning professionals regain clarity, stabilise energy and operate well under sustained demand. Her background spans behaviour change, hypnotherapy, performance and mindfulness, with a focus on reducing cognitive overload and embedding habits for long-term resilience.
Also qualified fitness and nutrition practitioner with 3 decades in industry, Tanya applies measurable, real-world, practical physiology to your change work.
Founder, Human Upgrade
Amy’s background combines elite sport and clinical performance. She is a former Team GB physiotherapist, worked with England Hockey and was UK’s Strongest Woman from 2020 to 2022. Her work integrates physiology, applied movement neurology and performance rehabilitation to improve physical capability, nervous system output and long-term resilience.
She also works with athletes and corporate clients internationally, applying these principles to high-performance environments.
