Asked Questions

Will the sessions be recorded?

No. These are live sessions and that is the point. Showing up is what creates the habit and the results. The live format is what makes this work.

Why only 16 spaces?

16 is the maximum we can comfortably coach well on screen. It keeps the sessions personal and makes sure Amy can see you and give useful attention.

What if I can't make every session?

The aim is to build consistency, so we ask you to commit to all 12 sessions. Life happens, but the more you attend, the more you get out of it.

I haven't exercised in years. Is this for me?

Yes. Every session has options from beginner to advanced so you can work at your own level. You will not be left behind or out of your depth.

Can you work around injuries?

Often yes. Amy is a qualified neurological physiotherapist, so movement safety is built into the way she coaches. Please get in touch before you sign up so we can make sure it is the right fit for you.
