No. These are live sessions and that is the point. Showing up is what creates the habit and the results. The live format is what makes this work.
16 is the maximum we can comfortably coach well on screen. It keeps the sessions personal and makes sure Amy can see you and give useful attention.
The aim is to build consistency, so we ask you to commit to all 12 sessions. Life happens, but the more you attend, the more you get out of it.
Yes. Every session has options from beginner to advanced so you can work at your own level. You will not be left behind or out of your depth.
